Dunlop Pavefix
Dunlop PaveFix is an easy-to-use, sweep-in sand binder perfect for locking pavers in place without the need for mortar. Designed for DIYers, it sets hard with just a light mist of water, helping to reduce weed growth and deter ants. Ideal for patios, paths, and paved areas with joints 2–4mm wide. Just sweep, spray, and walk away – no mess, no fuss!
Key Advantages:
- Helps prevent weed growth and ant infestations
 - Sets with a light mist of water
 - Easy sweep in application

How to Use Dunlop PaveFix:
- Ensure pavers are dry and clean before starting – no moisture or debris in joints.
 - Sweep PaveFix into joints using a broom until they’re fully filled (2–4mm wide gaps recommended).
 - Compact the area to settle the product into the joints (use a plate compactor or hand tamper if available).
 - Top up any low spots by sweeping in more product after compacting.
 - Lightly mist with water to activate the binder – do not flood. A fine spray works best.
 - Allow to dry fully before walking or driving on the surface. Drying time will vary with weather.

Product Limitations:
- Pavers must be completely dry before application – moisture can cause a white, milky film or discolouration.
 - Not suitable for joints wider than 4mm or narrower than 2mm.
 - Not recommended for steep slopes or areas with heavy traffic or high-water flow.
 - Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours – product needs dry weather to set correctly.
 - Always remove excess product from the paver surface before wetting to avoid staining or bonding to the surface.
 - Not intended as a structural joint filler – decorative and stabilising use only.
