Dunlop Paveseal

Dunlop Paveseal is a clear, water-based sealer designed to protect and enhance your outdoor paved areas. It helps guard against water, dirt, oil, and stains while keeping your pavers looking fresh. Ideal for patios, paths, driveways, and courtyards, Paveseal leaves a natural-looking finish and is easy to apply with a roller or sprayer. Perfect for DIYers wanting to lock in the look and extend the life of their paving.
Key Advantages:
- Protects Against Stains – Seals out water, oil, and grime to keep pavers looking clean.
- Enhances Natural Appearance – Brings out the colour without a glossy or plastic look.
- Easy DIY Application – Just roll or spray on for fast, hassle-free sealing.
How to Use Dunlop Paveseal:
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry – Remove all dirt, dust, oil, and efflorescence.
- Allow at least 48 hours drying time after washing or rain before sealing.
- Mask off any nearby surfaces you don’t want sealed (walls, plants, etc.).
- Apply with a roller, brush, or low-pressure sprayer in even coats.
- Allow the first coat to dry (typically 1–2 hours, depending on conditions).
- Apply a second coat if needed for added protection and finish.
- Keep sealed areas dry for 24 hours – avoid foot traffic or rain during this time.
Product Limitations:
- Not suitable for use on wet or damp surfaces – the pavers must be completely dry before application.
- Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours – moisture can affect the finish and durability.
- Not recommended for non-porous surfaces such as glazed tiles or polished stone.
- May slightly darken the surface or alter colour tone – test on a small area first.
- Not intended for use on surfaces exposed to heavy vehicle traffic.
- Avoid over-application – excess product can result in a patchy or uneven finish.
